1 - ORDER PROCEDURE
Please placed your order online or contact your Island Stuff USA representative.

2 - PAYMENT METHOD
Our order will be prepaid or ship COD unless other payment arrangements are made.

3 - MINIMUM ORDER
Orders which not respect these minimum quantities will not be taken in consideration (just few exception), or will be considerate as sample order.
The total amount of the order must be at least USD 100  and all garments will be ship in dozen pack.

4 - DISCOUNTS
Discount are offered to multi store chains. You must contact your Island Stuff USA representative.

5 - QUALITY CONTROL & PACKAGING
All our garment have been Laboratory tested for Colorfastness, Perspiration Staining and Sea water staining, Less than 5% Shrinkage and follow the new CPSIA regulations on girls dress.

All regular sized products packed :

24 Piece Case :
4 Small - 8 Medium - 8 Large - 4 XLarge

12 Piece Pre-Pack :
2 Small - 4 Medium - 4 Large - 2 XLarge

All Plus sized products packed :

24 Piece Case :
10 XLarge Small - 8 XXLarge - 6 XXXLarge

12 Piece Case :
5 XLarge Small - 4 XXLarge - 3 XXXLarge

Special garment could be different grading size due to their fit. Solid color garments come assorted colors. Printed Garments come in assorted Prints & Color.

6 - SAMPLE ORDERS

We allow sample orders. Due to the high samples demand, we will charge every sample package unless no charge is approved by Island Stuff USA representative.

7 - SHIPPING
Island Stuff USA normally ship all orders within 24 hours.
Shipment could be arranged through air and sea freight CARGO, even DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT , Post Office as requested.

SEA CARGO :
Two alternatives are possible :
FCL (Full Container Load) :
That means that buyers will pay for a fix price for a 20 or 40 foot container.

LCL (Less than Container Load)
Thant means that the buyer cannot fill a full contanier, in this case, the shipping company charge per cubic meter.  
 
AIR CARGO :
Cargo Shipment
If the products has a high value, light weight and small size, and if you has to be fast, AIR CARGO is a good solution .

Fast Shipment :
If your shipment is very urgent, you can use some express courier services like FedEX, TNT, DHL or UPS. This is the fastest way to ship goods, door-to-door, but is quiet expensive. It's also the solution we generally use for small quantity order or sample order.

8 - TIME PRODUCTION
Normally our standard production time per container is 90 days on custom orders.

9 - TAXES
Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees.
Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes.
 
10 - CANCEL AN ORDER AND REFUND
On custom orders when the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible or deposit will be retained by Island Stuff USA. After packaging, we will send you by email the balance will be due to prior to shipping unless other arrangement has been made.

Just contact your Island Stuff USA representative for all your special needs. Everything is possible!
